Ted, I couldn't agree more on your assessment of 2009. Personally I'm very busy and (kind of!) enjoy times like this in our economy. ANYONE can make money during up times, its a true professional that can make it through the tough times and come out the other end still thriving and growing.

Regarding today's (1-14-09) conference call, and your struggle with Qwest being "delisted" as a preferred carrier... again, I couldn't agree more. The past four years I've been representing them OUTSIDE of P-1 have been for last-option sales. The C-LECs have their $500 (+/-) MRC minimums, so that's left Qwest to pick up the small stuff. This most recent announcement by Qwest to dump the Win-Back Desk and reduce renewals was indeed a blunder, and the thought-process YOU described in today's call COMING to the decision of moving them off of your Preferred Carrier list was spot-on. I didn't want to say anything on the call because I was "attending" in a crowded, noisy area... plus I've got zip for business with you guys and really don't feel qualified to voice my opinion (yet!) but nonetheless we're on the same page!

And your decision to replace Qwest with Paetec is exciting! Hopefully you'll see a lot of Paetec business coming your way from MY market, looking forward to being more on the team in the future.

Keep up the good work!!

So Ted, I assume this will filter out any foul language that might erupt from my keyboard. OK Lets test it.. .

These @$^$$!@$& Carriers and Their %#^#$& install and commission policies should get their (&^&()$#^% out of their &*%*'s and get to work building this channel into their sole procurement source.

Hmm, the filter works.
